General Committee

That motion 14-G-163 of Section "H" of the General Committee Report dated June 9, 2014 concerning Parking Standards within the Urban Growth Centre and Cash-in-Lieu of Parking within the C1 zones in the City Centre, be amended by adding the following paragraph: "4. That, in keeping with the intent of encouraging mixed use, mid-rise development in the Intensification Nodes and Corridors identified on Schedule I of the City's Official Plan, reduced parking standards within these areas proposed as part of a site specific application for mixed use intensification projects be supported."
