That motion 24-G-046 of Section “F” of the Second General Committee Report dated February 28, 2024 concerning the Community Infrastructure and Housing Accelerator (CIHA) Order for 175 and 199 Essa Road and 50 Wood Street be amended by adding the following paragraph: 4. That the Minister’s approval order for the CIHA applies only to the existing landowner Greenworld Construction Inc. and any affiliates and is not transferable.
