That motion 15-G-171 of Section “C” of the General Committee Report of June 29, 2015 concerning Mixed Use Corridor Zones, be adopted. (15-G-171 Mixed Use Corridor Zones)

That pursuant to Section 8.15 of the Procedural By-law 2013-072, permission be granted to reconsider the portions of motion 15-G-163 of Section "C" of the General Committee Report dated June 22, 2015, concerning Temporary Traffic Calming Measures related to Grand Forest Drive.

1. That paragraph 1 of motion 15-G-163 of Section "C" of the General Committee Report dated June 22, 2015, concerning Temporary Traffic Calming Measures be amended by deleting the words “Grand Forest Drive” and the temporary bollards be removed. 2. That Schedule “L” concerning “One-Way Streets” of Traffic By-law 80-138 as amended, be further amended, to delete the following: Column A Column B “Grand Forest Drive South” for 20 metres northerly from Golden Meadow Road.

1. That Councillor J. Brassard be permitted to be absent from the meetings of Council, General Committee, Reference Committees and any Boards and Commissions during the period of September 1, 2015 to October 19, 2015. 2. That during Councillor Brassard’s absence, Ward 7 constituent enquiries be directed to Councillor M. Prowse. 3. That the following members of City Council be appointed to serve in Councillor J. Brassard’s capacity on the committees/boards below: · Infrastructure, Investment and Development Services as Chair - Councillor D. Shipley · Finance and Corporate Services Committee - Councillor B. Ainsworth · Barrie Public Library Board - Councillor B. Ward · Tourism Barrie - Councillor A. Khan 4. That at the request of Councillor J. Brassard, the remuneration for the position of Ward 7 Councillor be ceased for the period of September 1, 2015 to October 19, 2015.

That leave be granted to introduce the following Bill and this Bill be read a first, second and third time this day and finally passed: By-law Bill #089 2015-082 A By-law of The Corporation of the City of Barrie to further amend By-law 80-138, as amended, being a By-law to regulate traffic on highways. (15-A-100) (15-G-163) (Temporary Traffic Calming Measures Wards 6, 7 and 10 - Grand Forest Drive) (RPF005-15) (File: T07-TR)

That leave be granted to introduce the following Bill and this Bill be read a first, second and third time this day and finally passed: By-law Bill #090 2015-083 A By-law of The Corporation of the City of Barrie to confirm the proceedings of Council at its meeting held on the 8th day of September, 2015.
