That motion 14-G-268 of Section "A" of the General Committee Report dated December 8, 2014 concerning the Structure of Committees of Council be amended by deleting paragraph 3 and renumbering the remaining paragraph accordingly.

That the motion 14-G-277 of Section "C" of the General Committee Report dated December 8, 2014 concerning the Downtown - East Three (3) Hour Parking Limit be amended by: a) Adding the following to paragraph 1 "Berczy Street East side from Anytime" Collier Street to Dunlop Street and b) Deleting the following from paragraph 3: "Berczy Street East side from Three (3) hours from Codrington Street 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to Collier Street Monday to Friday excluding Statutory holidays"

That the motion 14-G-280 of Section "E" of the General Committee Report dated December 8, 2014 concerning the Appointments to Committees of Council be amended by adding "Shawn Murray (January 31, 2015 to January 31, 2019 term of office)" after Brent D. Hill's name under the Lake Simcoe Regional Airport Corporation Recommended Appointment in Appendix "A" of the General Committee Report.

That motion 14-G-280 of Section "E" of the General Committee Report dated December 8, 2014 concerning the Appointments to Committees of Council be amended in Appendix "A" of the General Committee Report by adding "Councillor A. Khan" after Councillor S. Morales's name under the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority Recommended Appointment and deleting the words "Proposed: voluntary reduction to 1 member" for the Authority.

That Schedule “A” of Bill 173 concerning the appointments of members to various committees, boards and commissions, be amended to include the appointment of Mr. Shawn Murray for the term of office of January 31, 2015 to January 31, 2019.

That Schedule “A” of Bill 173 concerning the appointments of members to various committees, boards and commissions, be amended to include the appointment of Councillor, A. Khan to the Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority for the term of office.

14-A-172 APPLICATION FOR CANCELLATION REDUCTION OR ADDITION TO TAXES TO COUNCIL DATED DECEMBER 15, 2014 IN THE AMOUNT OF $57,393.16. That the list of applications for cancellation, reduction or addition of taxes dated December 15, 2014 submitted by the Treasurer in the amount of $57,393.16.

That Section "B" of the General Committee Report dated December 8, 2014, now circulated, be adopted. 14-G-273 APPLICATIONS FOR OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT AND ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT - SUMMITPINES ESTATES INC. - 301, 311, 343 TOWN LINE ROAD (COUNTY ROAD 27) & 38 HUMBER STREET (WARD 6) Mayor J. Lehman declared a potential pecuninary interest on the foregoing matter, as his father has been retained by one of the commenting organizations associated with the subject application. He did not discuss or vote on the matter and he left the Council Chamber at 7:52 p.m. and Councillor, B. Ainsworth assumed the Chair.

That Section "D" of the General Committee Report , now circulated, be received. 14-G-279 CONFIDENTIAL DISCUSSION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION MATTERS - APPOINTMENTS TO COMMITTEES That motion 14-G-279 contained within the confidential notes to the General Committee Report dated December 8, 2014 concerning the discussion of a Staff Report regarding the confidential personal information matter - Appointments to Committees, be received. (CLK013-14) (File C06).

That leave be granted to introduce the following Bill and this Bill be read a first, second and third time this day and finally passed: BY-LAW Bill #174 2014-172 A By-law of The Corporation of the City of Barrie to confirm the proceedings of Council at its meeting held on the 15th day of December, 2014.
